Processing & Dispatch Timeline: All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, Chinese public holidays, and major US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress in real time.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time (USA Only)
We partner with trusted international logistics carriers to deliver your orders, offering two shipping options tailored to your needs. All delivery timelines are calculated after the order is shipped, and are based on normal shipping conditions (excluding unforeseen delays like customs inspections, extreme weather, or peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Chinese Spring Festival).
Standard Free Shipping
- Shipping Fee: FREE (complimentary standard shipping for all US orders, no minimum spend required)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-18 business days
- Details: Includes full international tracking, door-to-door delivery service, suitable for non-urgent orders. This is our default shipping method for all US customers.
Expedited Shipping
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $12 per order
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days
- Details: Priority handling and fast-track shipping, with enhanced tracking and faster customs clearance. Ideal for customers who need their crystal jewelry sooner for gifting or personal use.
3. Order Tracking Guidelines
After receiving the shipping confirmation email, you can track your order through the Order Tracking page on our website (losfairy.space) by entering your tracking number. You can also track the package directly via the official website of our logistics partner. Please note that tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update after shipment due to international logistics system synchronization.
4. Shipping Notes & Important Reminders
- Delivery Scope: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; delivery to these remote areas may be delayed by 2-3 business days).
- Customs & Duties: All US orders are shipped with proper customs declaration. Under normal circumstances, US customers do not need to pay additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees for crystal jewelry purchases.
- Address Modification: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at losfairy@outlook.com BEFORE your order is shipped. We cannot modify addresses once the package has been dispatched.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos. We will investigate with the logistics carrier and provide a satisfactory solution (replacement or partial/full refund).
