Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

 

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Orders cannot be canceled once the products have been shipped.

 

Returns

We accept product returns.

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • With complete packaging

To complete the return process, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for the 15-day free return service.

If the return is due to the customers personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which depends on the courier company you choose.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of receipt and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refund

If you havent received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card issuer; refunds may take some time to post.
  • Contact your bank; refunds usually have a processing period.
